My name is Surenne Marshall and I live in Leicestershire. I started painting as a teenager, inspired by summer visits to my Grandpa’s cottage in Devon,

staring at his paintings for hours and hanging onto his words of inspiration.

The ever present needs of family life left me painting less frequently for several years but then that familiar motivation returned and now, using oils rather than watercolours, I’m thriving and exploring new techniques, styles and subjects… and absolutely loving it!
